Some of us at Immaculate Construction Ltd are involved in a subdivision in Houghton Bay. The subdivision company is selling sections with concept plans. ICON has bought the first section and has had the concept developed by 'Unit 7' Architects through to an interesting, functional and distinctive high end home.
This house is now sold and will be built by a builder and his partner who will occupy the home when it is finished.
This image has vegetation correctly represented. The 3m high karo and ngaio will be retained from what is on the site already. Other species will be planted into this to give the diversity and achieve the kind of coastal bush that was once on the site.
